The information presented in the first class of The MoCo Flow will be from our Strengths-Based Teamwork course, which aims to enhance your team’s communication, collaboration, and productivity. This content provides a thorough introduction to the strengths-based approach for your team.

Content outline:  In this course, we will explain how strengths-based teamwork is defined, and attendees can walk away with strategies for practical application of this methodology.  Participants will learn the definitions of a talent vs. a strength in this presentation, and the best practices in strengths-based development will be discussed.  Improving your teamwork and leadership through a foundation of strengths-based principles will improve performance outcomes, influence your customers to be more engaged, and create sustainable, positive changes in the culture of your organization.
